My Passion for Horse Riding

“The horse, with beauty unsurpassed, strength immeasurable, and grace unlike any other, still remains humble enough to carry a man upon his back.” – Amber Senti

Hello Everyone, my name is Adhikshita. I started horse-riding on July 23rd, 2021. 📅 I loved horses since I was young as in my eyes they were beautiful and graceful animals. 🐎

On July 1st, 2021, I had started my summer vacation. 🌞 I was getting into my holiday mood. ✨ My mother, however, was looking for some summer classes.🖼 When we were coming back from my aunt’s apartment, my mom saw a horse-riding academy. 🏛 She asked my dad whether they had some summer classes there. ❓ My dad did not know did they have it or not. ❔

When We went home, my mom looked the horse riding classes up. 📱She found out that most of our streets had a lot of horse farms. 👨‍🌾We had chosen three horse stables to visit. 3️⃣ The first one had a stable with lights decorated magnificently, a sitting area and a place as big as the stable for the training. 🎇 The second one had a large horse-stable and twice the space for practice. 🏇 It also had three other areas for horse feeding. 🐎 Lastly, the third one had the biggest stable I had ever seen! 🅱 There were more horses than humans. The horses’ hoofs created and a whole lot of dirt. 😷

After all this, my parents decided on the 2nd one. I was for it too. 2️⃣ This Club’s name was city Equestrian club

The day had entered itself on the calendar as the first horse-riding class. 🏇 Me: 💃💃. But the sad part was it was by 8 pm 🕗 and now it was 10 am 🕙. I had to wait for a long time. 🥱. Waited 🕛, waited 🕔and waited🕢. At last, it was 7:30🕢. It was time to get ready👚. once I got ready, I got into the car and set off. 🚘 It took 🔟 minutes to arrive there.

We got there. My teacher’s name was Ms Polina from Moscow. She is a Russian Champion. Check her Instagram account HERE!

I got a helmet and a horse to start. 👋 This horses name was Aloha. She was a gorgeous white horse with silver hair. 🎠 They taught me how to get on a horse and how to make it walk. I did some exercise too.👩‍🏫

The next class. Aloha was busy, so I got another horse. Her name was Ifore. She was an elegant brown horse with bronze hair. 🐎 This time, they taught me how to set the saddle, trot and feed a horse. I did some exercise too. I learnt that horses ate carrots🥕, biscutes🍪 and hay🌾.

In the third class, Aloha was not busy. I got her again. 🎠 This time, I learned how to trot a little faster and almost on my own. 🏃‍♀️ I also made the horse move from trot to walk. 🚶‍♀️ I did some exercise too. I learned how to bring a horse to its stable. 🏡

In the fourth class, I learned how to make circles⭕, double turns↪ and change directed with Aloha. 🎠 With exercise and things like that.

In the fifth class, I revised everything I learned and did the exercise. With Aloha, of course. 🎠 Had I mentioned that there were many dogs and they are good company🐕, one was pregnant.

In the sixth class, I revised just like last class and this time I did switching the sides to sit while the horse is trotting.🐴 Well, that was fun. 😃

In the seventh class, after the break, I saw something, two puppies! 🐶Both boys. There are so fluffy their skin is 2cm below their fur. So, today also I started the horse, 🐴walking,🚶‍♀️ trotting,🏃‍♀️circles,⭕ double turns🔁 etc. When you trot you have to go up and down so you don’t lose balance.🏇 But, this time I had to sit and ride. Not up and down. It was difficult but, I had to practice. ✅

Eight class, I was with 2 other people during the training.🏇🏇so this time I had to work only on sitting while galloping. The puppies were growing fast, real fast.🐕🐶

In the ninth class, I had to sit on the horse instead of going up and down as I did in the last class. I did exercise, trotting and walking.

In my tenth class, I had practised only trotting without going up or down. It was hard but not so much as last class. I had a lot of fun. This was the last class of this package, so most likely I would come back in December.

THANK YOU!
